Indulge your culinary passions in the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel amenities, a double oven, two sinks, and an additional dining table that seats eight. The main level also features a convenient half bath for guests' comfort and convenience. Retreat to the master bedroom, a spacious haven adorned with a king bed, ample natural light, and a cozy seating area with a sofa. Additional bedrooms include a king bed, queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed with a full bed, all sharing a well-appointed bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The optional damage waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. Due to the time required to bring the water up to temperature, we cannot accommodate same-day or mid-stay requests. - The pool can be heated up to a maximum of 85°F and is only warmed during daytime hours when the pool pump is running. Cooler overnight temperatures may cause the water to drop in temperature, but heating will resume during the day. -A daily pool heating fee applies in addition to the nightly rate—please contact customer service for current rate. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems. 7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival. 8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful. 9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable. 10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental. 12. Only utilize the designated parking spaces at your rental. - For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim.
