Location: The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical pinnacle house (new building from *contact info removed* and enchants with direct access to the garden and a private jetty, which is located directly on the Alten Greetsieler Sieltief. The location is perfect for those looking for relaxation and still appreciate the proximity to the sights of the region. Discover the charming villages of the Krummhörn, historic Greetsiel and the impressive nature of the Wadden Sea. Nearby you will find various leisure activities such as cycling, hiking and waterways and good restaurants. Amenities include: The interior impresses with a tasteful design and high quality furniture, providing a modern yet cozy ambiance. The open plan living area with its comfortable seating, couch with Récamiere and armchairs invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the garden and surrounding water. A large smart TV and fiber optic WiFi (for full availability and sufficient speed we do not guarantee) are available to provide you with entertainment and connectivity. The fully equipped and super modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The adjacent dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your meals or sit together in a social gathering. We provided good lighting. Sleeping arrangements: The apartment has two tastefully decorated bedrooms, with comfortable beds and ample storage space for your personal belongings. One room is equipped with a box spring bed (continuous mattress, 1.80 m) and TV, the other with upholstered bed and pocket spring mattresses (2 x 0.80 m). Here you can retreat after an eventful day in nature or the nearby sights and spend relaxing nights. Baths: The bathroom is small but nice. It has a spacious floor-level shower with glass partition and a beautiful design vanity furniture as well as a toilet. Also available there is a washer-dryer and a hairdryer. Terrace: The apartment has two terraces between which you can choose depending on the position of the sun. Garden furniture, a grill and also a beach chair are available. The direct access via the jetty allows you immediate access to the picturesque waterways of the Krummhörn. Take the opportunity to take a canoe tour, fish or just enjoy nature. Miscellanious: Floor tiles in wood or vintage look in the bathroom are installed in the entire apartment and underfloor heating are available. Heating is climate-friendly by means of a heat pump. The bedrooms have shutters, some windows have pleats for privacy, almost all windows and doors are equipped with fly screens. The apartment is not allowed to smoke. The apartment includes a car parking space and a garden house for storing bicycles provided (charging option for e-bikes available). Note: Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not accessible but seniors friendly (wide doors to the bathroom and bedroom, floor-level shower, largely walk-in access to the house and garden). The water access is not covered, so special caution is advised for infants here! The apartment is located in a new development area with construction road, so we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and dust nuisances.
