The approx. 40 square metre non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating and an electric fireplace has a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV with radio, dining table) with an open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine). There is also a furnished terrace, a car parking space and a bicycle storage room. Final cleaning, electricity and water costs are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package. Pets (no large dogs) are allowed in this property.
