A wonderful place for 2 to 4 people to really get away for a while. Enjoy a bright, stylishly furnished home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside, it feels warm and comfortable; outside, a sunny garden with several terraces awaits you, where you can enjoy the outdoors all day. The location is ideal: within walking distance of the village and the Lot River. Here, you can experience real French village life, while still having plenty of privacy and tranquility. Whether you come for walking, biking, wine tasting or just relaxing with a good book in the sun, this is one of those places where everything is just right. A vacation home where you arrive and immediately think: I want to stay here. Upon entering the LOTT Duravel vacation home, you enter the attractive open kitchen with a luxurious kitchen with a washing machine and a large gas stove for cooking. Here you will find a spacious dining table with 4 dining room chairs and a handy cabinet for the dishes. From the open kitchen, you walk through to the cozy living room with a 2.5-seater lounge sofa. Cushions, a side table and accessories complete the picture. From the living room, you have access to the 2nd bedroom. This is not the master bedroom. Here are two single beds that cannot be placed next to each other, a closet and a sink. You also have access from the living room to the bathroom with a very spacious walk-in shower and toilet. In the living room, you go down the stairs to the master bedroom. Here are 2 box spring beds placed next to each other, both 90x200 cm. A convenient closet, as well as a sink and bedside tables, complete the picture. At the front of the house is a cozy covered seating area for your first cup of coffee in the morning. If you go to the side, you will enter the cozy garden with various seats and a porch. You have a dining table with chairs, two adjustable chairs and two sunbeds. There is also a hot tub in the garden. Great for cooling off in the summer or for using heated for a fee. A very complete vacation home within walking distance of the village and the hiking and biking routes of the area. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. A dog is also welcome.
