The "Casa Del Sole" with the sunny apartment of 45 m² plus 18 m² sun terrace offers a relaxing vacation with a beautiful and unique view of Lake Maggiore. I had the house completely renovated in 22/23 and it is up to the latest standard. The apartment has its own entrance and free Wi-Fi in all areas. The space The apartment consists of a bathroom, hallway, bedroom with a spacious double bed and a living and dining kitchen, which leads to the spacious terrace and is at the same time the heart of the apartment. If it gets a little cooler in the spring and autumn hours, the apartment can be heated quickly with the pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and ceramic hob. Classic coffee machine, as well as Italian espresso machine are also available. The house is 100 m above the lake in the village of Colmegna, 3 km from Luino. Guest access Private parking is right next to the house and because the street is a cul-de-sac, there is no car noise and no car traffic – children can play in front of the house in a relaxed manner. The apartment has its own front door and entrance. Other things to note I am now continuing the cottage in the third generation. For two years I renovated and refurbished everything and as my mother so beautifully said: "The house is unrecognizable and has awakened from a deep sleep!"
