The entrance is in a furnished living room with dining room, sofa,1 single armchair bed, TV and chairs, adjacent to the kitchenette. From the living room leads to the 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single, both with air conditioning and small balcony. Complete the interior of Casa Milena 1 bathroom shower. Going up further, on the upper floor there is the attic with its own laundry room and terrace. The surroundings of Casa Milena in Manduria Casa Milena is a vacation apartment in Salento, in Manduria. The location in the historic center allows you to walk to all the places of interest and services of the beautiful Messapian town. The nearest beaches are those of San Pietro in Bevagna with the Foce del Chidro, Torre Colimena with the Salina dei Monaci, and Campomarino di Maruggio, more or less 10 minutes away by car. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The apartment is locaded in the historic center accessible by small cars. With large cars, it is possible to park about 150m away. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 100 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
