It is all ground floor, ideal for families with children and the elderly. The finish is all in porcelain. It has two en-suites and three bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. With air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, TV in the living room, gourmet area and en-suites. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Spacious kitchen with appliances such as electric ovens, microwave, water cooler, fridge with freezer, island with cooktop and utensils for cooking and serving. I provide hammocks and table accessories such as towels and dishcloths. Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) can be made available to match. Service area with washing machine. Access to Ipioca beach can be on foot, as it is approximately 600 meters from the house, inside the condominium. Ipioca is a beautiful beach, with calm turquoise waters, one of the most beautiful and tranquil on the Coral Coast. The day use and Hisbiscus restaurant is in the back of the condominium. The house is in a gated community, so it has a 24-hour concierge and security. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The house will be at your disposal, fully equipped for your comfort. Bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, swimming pool, balconies, barbecue balcony, external suite, gardens. You can also stroll through the condominium, with quiet streets and a green area for walking, with a playground for children and fruit trees. They will also have access to Ipioca beach, access made from inside the residential complex, so close that you can walk. Other things to note (*) The Condominium is Residential, conducive to rest and tranquility, and the common law of silence must be observed between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. During the rest of the period, sounds and noises should be used without excess.
