Spend every day of your vacation directly on the water, with unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding nature. The houseboat has a living area of about 36 m² and a large fully usable sun deck of about 40 m² with alcoves. Suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms: 1. Bedroom in the entrance area with a bunk bed for 2 people (80 cm x 200 cm). 2nd bedroom is in the separate room on the left in the entrance area with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The 3rd bedroom is integrated in the alcove on the upper deck. It can be reached via a spiral staircase from the living area and has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The spacious living area with an integrated kitchen and dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. On the spacious terrace, which can be reached via the living area, you can enjoy your coffee/tea in the morning, or you can have a delicious barbecue in the evening, directly on board. The shower bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror and hairdryer. The underfloor heating is only here. The houseboat has a 40 liter hot water boiler (hot water is therefore only available to a limited extent according to consumption). The toilet is in a separate room opposite. Mobile Wi-Fi with limited performance is available on board. A satellite TV is integrated in the living area. A special attraction for the whole family is the illuminated floor window in the living area. Here you can observe the underwater world. The entire upper deck can be used to the full extent. Here you will find your own beach chair, a cozy rattan seating area and pallet furniture for relaxing. You have an unobstructed view of the sea, the Fehmarnsund Bridge and the harbor.
