The No.10 Forest Haven Villa is a rental villa located in Nagara-machi, Chosei-gun, Chiba Prefecture. Enjoy the sauna and BBQ while enjoying nature♪ Relax and enjoy the villa atmosphere. Enjoy with your precious family, friends, and pets. *Please note that there may be snowfall and frozen roads during the winter (December to March), so please be sure to wear studless tires or chains. *Optional uses (pets, sauna, BBQ, etc.) are available at an additional cost. The space ■Room structure All rooms are reserved Maximum number of guests: 25 ・Bedroom ① (2 singles) ・Bedroom ② (2 semi-doubles, 1 folding single) ・Bedroom ③ (8 futons) ・Bedroom ④ (2 semi-doubles, 1 folding semi-double, 1 single) ・Bedroom ⑤ (2 bunk beds, 1 folding single) ・Parking: 4 cars can be parked (varies depending on the type of car) ■Maximum number of guests 25 (including folding beds and futons) ■Early check-in/late check-out 11,000 yen per hour *We may not be able to accept your reservation depending on the reservation status. The availability will be decided the day before. ■Additional guests: 11,000 yen per person per day ■Visitors/non-guests: 5,500 yen per person per day Visitors can stay until 8pm. After 8pm, you will be counted as a guest and will be charged an additional 11,000 yen per person. ■Pets: 5,500 yen per pet per day (no cats allowed) Pets are also allowed. Pet bowls are available, but please bring anything else you need. ■Options 《 BBQ 》 ・BBQ fee: 6,600 yen per day (tax included) BBQ is available on the terrace. Other things to note ■ Submission of guest information All guests must submit the following information. ・Name, address, occupation, nationality ・Passport photo (not required for guests living in Japan) *We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to snowfall or frozen roads. [The No.10 Forest Haven Villa Accommodation Terms and Conditions] In order to ensure that our guests can stay safe and comfortable, we have established the following terms of use, so please observe them. If you do not observe these terms, we may cancel your accommodation contract. ■About this rental villa (prohibited matters) 1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building of this rental villa. (This includes electronic cigarettes.) If any smell or traces of smoking are found, you will be charged 40,000 yen for house cleaning and the cost of replacing bedding and fixtures. *Please smoke in the designated smoking area outside the facility. Please refrain from smoking outside the building or littering cigarette butts on the street as this will result in complaints from neighbors. 2. If you intentionally or accidentally damage or soil any of the villa's facilities, electrical appliances, furniture, or other items, you will be responsible for the full cost of restoration. (Please be careful when using high-end furniture as it can cost several million yen.) 3. Please be sure to return any keys to the key box that they were in. If the keys are not in the box at the time of cleaning or if you have lost them, you will be charged 30,000 yen (excluding tax) for the key replacement cost. 4. We strictly prohibit anyone other than the user who was provided at the time of application from entering the property (including the grounds). (When you enter the premises, security cameras will be used to check you.) If anyone other than the guests enters the premises, an additional fee will be charged. If you enter without permission, your reservation will be canceled immediately and all guests will be asked to leave. *Maximum of 25 guests. 10,000 yen (excluding tax) per person per night for the 4th guest onwards 5. If there are a large number of used dishes left behind, depending on the usage, we may charge an additional cleaning fee. 6. The facilities and equipment of this rental villa are loaned to guests only during their stay and cannot be taken home. Please do not take any items out of the villa. 7. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the villa. ・Dangerous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, medicines, toxic gases, volatile oils, etc. ・Decomposed materials, filthy materials, and other items that emit moisture, foul odors, strange smells, odors, etc. ・Cats, birds, reptiles, and other pet animals in general ・Extremely large amounts of items ・Other items prohibited by law, etc. ■About use 1. Minors are not permitted to use the facility alone. 2. Please refrain from any actions on the terrace after 7pm that may disrupt public morals or peace, such as shouting, singing, playing musical instruments, or talking loudly, which may cause a nuisance to the neighbors. 3. Please refrain from using the facility for business purposes (exhibitions, etc.) without the permission of the villa manager, other than for lodging. 4. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you cause a nuisance to the neighbors by shouting at the facility, the neighbors may report you to the police. In that case, you will be held legally responsible for all actions and will be asked to leave immediately. 5. The facility is not responsible for any accidents caused by natural disasters or the carelessness of facility users, or accidents caused by failure to follow these terms and conditions. 6. The facility is not responsible for any damage, theft, or accidents to facility users' vehicles or items brought with them. 7. Please refrain from significantly changing or decorating the interior or exterior. 8. Since this is a natural area, insects and animals may enter. Do not leave windows open. 9. Please be sure to lock the door when going out or leaving. 10. Be sure to wash dishes, etc. (Cleaning fees will be charged, especially if barbecue grills and other items are not washed.) 11. Please separate garbage thoroughly. If garbage is not separated, we will charge 10,000 yen as a cleaning fee. 12. Please use only the amount of towels and sheets that are necessary. ■Precautions when using options 1. There are gaps in the wooden deck on the terrace, so please be careful not to let food or other items fall, or your personal belongings, especially precious metals, fall. If they fall, they cannot be removed, so please use them with care. 2. There are pensions and villas in the neighborhood, and the environment is very quiet at night, so the police will be notified immediately if you make too much noise. Please be careful when using speakers for listening to music, and adjust the volume accordingly. 3. Please note that you are responsible for any injuries you may incur if you fall down the stairs or go over the fence. 4. The terrace can only be used until 9 p.m. ■Safety precautions 1. Please make sure the villa is locked when you leave it during your stay. Please make sure the villa is locked while you are staying there, especially when you go to sleep. 2. If you have a visitor, please do not open the door carelessly, but leave it locked or check by intercom. 3. If you suspect a suspicious person, please contact the manager or the police immediately. ■Storage of guest's luggage or belongings If a guest's luggage or belongings are left behind at the villa after checking out, and the owner is identified, the villa will request instructions from the villa. However, if there are no instructions from the owner or if the owner cannot be identified, the property will be stored for two days, including the day it was found, and then disposed of. Food, drink, and disposable tools will be disposed of on the same day. If you wish to send a lost item, it will be sent cash on delivery. ■Guest Responsibility If the guest causes damage to the villa due to their own willful or negligent actions, the guest must compensate the villa for the damage.
