It features a super-king bed, a smart TV in the living room, a visitor’s toilet and the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, a cosy living area, WiFi, and comfortable spaces to relax or work. Additionally, our gated and secured compound offers peace of mind, while on-site security and dedicated housekeeping staff are available 24/7 to ensure that your needs are met promptly and efficiently. Complimentary parking and access to shared amenities such as the pool, gym, and 24-hour security enhance your experience. Check-in: Our housekeeper is 24hrs on the premises; the housekeeper will check you in. Other things to note - Additional properties are available in the same location, as well as on the island if preferred. - We have 2 internet service providers, Starlink and Fibre. Both are readily available (you can use anyone you prefer). -Airport transfers are available upon request for a small fee. - Flexible cancellation options are available for your peace of mind. - Free cleaning and housekeeping services are provided during your stay twice a week. -Our apartments are located in a gated and secure estate and compound for your safety and peace of mind. - We provide constant electricity with a 102KWH inverter, a 40KVA diesel generator, 2 backup petrol generators and National Grid. - There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom with a DSTV subscription, Netflix and YouTube (no login is provided for Netflix and YouTube). - The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and white goods (Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, cooking top, and hood) 8.-Enjoy gym and pool. (This is shared with other guests in the building) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 1. Is early check-in available? Early check-in is available whenever possible. If no guests are checking out on the morning of your arrival, we are happy to offer complimentary early check-in. However, we cannot guarantee an early check-in until the night before your arrival, as it depends on the departure schedule and cleaning logistics. There is no additional charge for approved early check-in. Alternatively, you can book the previous night to guarantee any-time check-in. 2. Is late check-out available? Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out options: - Until 12:00 PM: $20 - After 12:00 PM: An additional night will be charged. Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. The reason for this policy is operational— we require additional cleaning staff to ensure the apartment is fully prepared and spotless for incoming guests. 3. Is the area safe? **Is there security in the building? We are located in High Castle Estate, a secure, gated estate. The estate is very safe and secure, with top-notch security. We also have personal security for our apartments. Additionally, the estate has controlled access and security cameras in the building’s common areas for added safety. All of our properties are located in safe, active areas with easy access to main roads and essential services. As in any major city, we recommend standard urban awareness. 4. I have a large group. Do you have multiple apartments in the same building? Yes. The building has multiple apartments, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. This setup is ideal for large families, corporate groups, wedding guests, or groups of friends who want to stay close to each other while still having separate private spaces. If you are travelling with a large group and would like to check availability for multiple units on your dates, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to assist. 5. Is parking available? Yes, free parking is available. 6. Are parties or events allowed? Parties and events are not allowed. 7. Is cleaning available during the stay? Yes, free complimentary cleaning services are available during your stay twice a week. 8. How to check in: Our housekeeper is 24 hours in the premises; the housekeeper will check you in. 9. Is there a generator or backup power available? 24hrs electricity power supply is guaranteed. We are connected to the national grid. We have a central solar inverter as a backup.
