Surrounded by an enchanting garden and enjoying a unique position right on the waterfront of Acharavi, GardenMare Suite 1 is a stylish, renovated, 1-bedroomed apartment accommodating up to 2+2 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors. The space Thanks to an unparalleled location right on the beach and with a wide array of shops, bars, restaurants within easy walking distance, this beautiful suite will satisfy even the most demanding guests thanks to its perfect setting, attention to the details, stunning views over the sea and sunset. The interiors of the suite are stylish, modern, full of light and welcoming. The separate, air-conditioned bedroom features a large bed (the beds can be made up as twins or a large double) with high quality mattress and linen, TV, as well as access to a private garden-facing balcony. The spacious lounge has individually controlled air-conditioning, a large flat-screen smart tv, a comfy double sofa bed (perfect to accommodate the extra guests) and a fully equipped kitchenette. Large patio doors provide access to the stunning front terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining, overlooking the garden and the sea beyond. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower. During the renovation of the property, which took place during the spring of 2024, everything has been studied to offer a perfect holiday experience in one of the most spectacular locations of the island. If the indoor areas of the suite are delightfully pretty, the gardens are that extra able to turn this apartment into one of the most unique properties of its kind. The gardens that surround the property are beautiful, refreshing, perfectly manicured and kept. They feature tropical flowers, shade, grass, as well as a useful barbecue perfect for preparing delicious charcoal grilled meals. Sunbeds are also available for the guests to enjoy long hours under the shining greek sun, pampered by the gentle local breeze. The choice will be hard: beach or garden? NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service every other day, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
