Accessibility - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. Outside, the terrace is mostly flat and tiled. There are 2 steps up to the sun lounger area, this can be seen in the images. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The ground-floor bedroom door is 67cm wide, the ensuite door is 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 84cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 100cm wide.
