On the first level, you will find a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the second level, there is a living room with a spacious dining area, a large open kitchen with a covered outdoor terrace and a gas barbecue, and a mezzanine overlooking the living area with an extra sofa bed. Furthermore, on this level, there are three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. The house features 2 smart TVs. Please note! To go from the first floor to the ground floor, you need to use the outside stairs. The outside of the villa offers an equally wonderful experience: with an inviting private swimming pool (11x4,5m), a refreshing outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue and all the furniture you need for convivial moments! In the area surrounding Saint-Pierre-Saint-Jean, you'll find a host of activities to enrich your stay.
