To access the villa the path is 130cm wide with 28 steps to the front door which has a width of 100cm, other access doors are 110cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is open across the mosaic stone terrace which is mostly flat and there is one step to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, the ground floor bedroom with the widest entrance measures 1m wide, and its ensuite is also 1m wide. The living space is open plan comprising a lounge, dining area and kitchen, access is via the front door, 1m wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps.
