It's about a 15-minute drive to the main station. 5 minutes to the A42 Oberhausen, Bottrop, Gelsenkirchen are only a 10-minute drive away. Messe about 15 minutes, depending on the traffic. In about 5 minutes drive is the Allee Center with many different shopping options. The apartment comes with a comfortable double bed, a workspace and fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and everything you need. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the important things like shower gel & shampoo. Behind the house is the garden with a terrace where you can sit down and just switch off, especially in good weather. There is a private parking space in the premises that is free of charge for you. The bedroom and the bathroom are located on the first floor. The living room and kitchen with guest toilet are on the ground floor. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal.
