And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access. In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Please contact Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals with any questions Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. Please reference correspondence from us within Airbnb for provided self-check-in details (i.e. rental address, door code, wifi, etc.). These details are forwarded by us just after reserving. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
