Our apartment is on the first floor, it has no stairs. It is located in one of Arequipa's most residential, modern, and safe areas. We are about a 15-minute drive to downtown and Plaza de Armas. It is 2 blocks from the San Pablo Clinic, also very close to the San Juan de Dios Clinic and the Arequipa Clinic. The space You'll love my place for its cozy, finely decorated, and totally private space for your complete satisfaction. There is a bakery in the same building where the apartment is located, and next door there is a store where our guests can stock up on groceries or toiletries they urgently need. Guest access The following services are included in the rates: - Water, electricity, gas. - WiFi Internet and cable TV in all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in the middle of "Villa Hermosa" Avenue, so you have easy access to "Taxis" at all times and if you want public transportation by Bus, you can walk about 200 meters to reach "Avenida Ejercito" where the "stop" of all the city's buses is located.
