There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pet friendly, up to 2 pets, 50 lbs or less with a fee of $50 USD per pet.
