Situated on the fourth floor and accessible by elevator, the apartment provides all necessary amenities. There is free, unlimited street parking available, and the beach is just 300 meters away. This is the perfect spot to relish sea views and unwind in a picturesque environment. Guest access Next to the apartment, you'll discover charming restaurants, cozy bars, a supermarket for your daily needs, a beach, as well as shops filled with unique souvenirs. Inside, the apartment offers a cozy and modern atmosphere, equipped with a flat-screen TV, satellite receiver with a wide selection of international channels, and free WiFi to keep you connected at all times. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in. - One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Electricity: € 10,00/day. - Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. DEPOSIT Upon arrival guests pay € 300,00 by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. - Second baby cot and high chair € 10,00/day. - Extra bed if available: € 28,00/day. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - € 2,20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All following days € 1,10 / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old. - It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal.
