The entrance leads to the first floor, where you'll find a bright living room with smart TV, two double bedrooms with lake views, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, the open-plan living area welcomes guests with an elegant sitting room, dining table, and direct access to a terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs — ideal for al fresco dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary amenities.
