For stays of 7+ nights, guests replenish their own toiletries after the initial supply. 1 pet (up to 50 lbs) is allowed with prior approval. Monthly Extermination Notice There is a mandatory monthly extermination. We will always notify you in advance of the scheduled visit. The service is quick and helps keep the home clean, safe, and pest-free for every guest. We don’t have access to a mailbox for receiving mail, so we recommend having any mail sent to the nearest post office for pickup. We only provide one (1) set of keys per reservation. Kindly make sure this works for your group before booking, as additional key sets are not available. Please note the building patio is currently under renovation through Summer 2026.
