The comfortable seating area invites you to unwind with a good book or enjoy a movie night. Adjacent to this space is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a quaint dining area, perfect for preparing and savouring farm-fresh meals. The spacious bedroom offers a serene retreat, featuring a cosy double bed dressed in soft linens for a restful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom boasts contemporary fixtures and a refreshing overhead shower and bath, providing all the comforts of home. Outside, a private patio area awaits, where you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking the rolling fields or dine alfresco under the starlit sky. About Intwood Farm Located on the outskirts of Norwich, Intwood Farm is a 450-acre mixed arable and livestock farm, dedicated to sustainable farming and rare breed conservation. As proud members of the Rare Breeds Survival Trust, the owners have transformed a former dairy into a state-of-the-art butchery, supplying high-quality meat from their home-reared cattle and locally sourced pork, lamb, and chicken. The farm also cultivates barley, potatoes, sugar beet, and maize, with cattle grazing on stubble turnips to enrich the soil. With wild orchids, ancient woodland, and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), Intwood Farm balances modern farming with environmental conservation. Red Tractor approved and CHeCs Herd Accredited, the farm is committed to producing top-quality, responsibly sourced meat. Damages: We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery. Terms of Stay: A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
