The space Located on the 5th floor and accessible by lift, this newly built penthouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There are no buildings facing the property, giving guests a sense of serenity and freedom. The village square and all the main restaurants and cafes are only a couple of minutes' walk away. The closest beaches are about 10 minutes' walk away as well. The Penthouse features a large sunny terrace with panoramic views and outdoor furniture. The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and the living area features a sofa bed and a 55 inch smart tv. A well sized bedroom with a nice back terrace featuring distant sea views, as well as a large bathroom with walk in shower, complete the property.
