Ceiling fans can remain on. - We ask that you help us conserve energy and turn off all A/C units when you are not in the condo. - We offer beach and pool towels for your convenience. Please be sure to return them all to the condo before check out to avoid fees. - Smoking or vaping inside the house or in the patio are strictly prohibited. We will charge a $30 USD fine if this rule is broken. - Parties are not allowed here. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm as there are full time residents in the building.
