Your hosts have developed an informational binder which will be shared to make your stay in Muskoka fun. The space Close to popular locations, such as Deerhurst Resort, Algonquin Park, Arrowhead Park and Dwight Beach. It's also steps away from multiple hiking trails, golf courses and local restaurants. Property: - 65-inch TV with Bluetooth soundbar available to catch the big game or sit on the couch for a movie. - A game room including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, 2-player basketball net and more! - Six beds with brand new linens and extra pillows or blankets for those who like to get extra comfy. - Plenty of outdoor space in the enclosed Muskoka room, 25-foot deck or the backyard! - Kitchen with new appliances and all the tools required for a gourmet meal and a great night. Including but not limited to new tableware, a coffee station, microwave, and an air fryer. Propane is provided, however, if empty, guests may need to travel 10 minutes to the nearest gas station for refill. Dining Room: - Long wood table to seat all guests with both benches and chairs to suit your preference. Kitchen: - Fully equipped with all tableware. - Tall glasses, short glasses, wine glasses and shot glasses available. - Full cookware set with all cooking utensils. - Keurig Coffee Machine with complimentary coffee pods. The machine can brew by the cup or a full pot at a time. - Brand new stainless steel appliances - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, toaster, air fryer & microwave. - Colander and containers available for use. -Basic seasonings and oil are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. - Towels for all guests. - All windows have zebra window coverings for some light or no light at all! For any inquiries regarding number of guests, please reach out to one of your hosts. It is best to travel to this area with a vehicle during daylight. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety as well as to verify the headcount upon arrival at each entrance to the home. With the breathtaking hilltop view comes a steep drop in the backyard. Please be extra careful when walking along the exterior in the backyard especially if you have small children. If you have a pet that will be accompanying you, please reach out to the host prior to booking. Your hosts have hired snow removal services for the property but due to the unpredictable weather in area, guests may need to shovel upon heavy snowfall. Absolutely no parties or events permitted on the premises.
