Other things to note To maintain our high levels of service and quality, we strongly ask you to take care of everything we provide for you. We also hope you can respect the following rules. 1. NO MAKEUP or stain on the white towels -$15.00 charge of each towel stained will be applied. 2. Please remove the sand prior to accessing the apartment. Penalties will be applied in case of finding an excess of sand in the house. 3. Lost Keys carry a replacement of $100.00. Please leave the key on the kitchen counter when exiting your stay. 4. Please keep in mind that we do live on a Island and at times unfortunately the island may lose power. 5. The Building does routine maintenance on the elevator however there are stairs that will allow you to access the apartment. 6. Keep in mind there is nearby construction.
