Just grab your cooler and head out for a day on the water. Guests have use of the entire back fenced in deck on the south side of the building with a BRAND NEW hot tub. The space Mariner's Landing offers a BRAND NEW 6 PERSON HOT TUB and trailer/boat parking for up to 25 ft. Overnight docking allowed. This property is a unique Florida guest space and we welcome you and your family to join us. This is a great place to enjoy the west coast of FL. If you are a sun worshiper, avid fisher person or a paddle board guru, this is the space for you. Mariner's Landing is comfortable, cozy and is ready for you and your family to enjoy all Englewood, FL has to offer. A six minute drive to Englewood Beach, known for pristine waters, pretty shells and a lively night life. The cooler & beach towels are provided just don't forget the sunscreen. There are three TV's on the property with an electric outdoor grill for your use. Mariner's Landing assures you that we offer hospitality and accommodations with a renewed mindfulness of our mutual safety and well-being. IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, to turn on the light above the head board on/off, just touch the silver button half way down on the outside post of the head board on each side, to turn the light on and off. Guest access Guests have use of the entire use of the the South side of the building and will share the outside deck. The other side of the building is our other unit, Nautical Nook. You can easily rent that unit if you need two extra bedrooms and a bathroom to accommodate your party. They have a shared doorway to each unit. Mariner's Landing also offers parking for a boat and trailer, with the county boat ramp across the street, it’s super convenient to drop in and go! How about Tarpon? Well maybe not right off the dock but there are lots of snook, redfish and snapper that may find your hook. Other things to note Before check-in, Guests who choose to utilize overnight dockage do so at their own risk and will be required to sign an indemnification and liability waiver for any and all injuries or property damage associated with overnight boat dockage, regardless of fault. If you are bringing your dog, there is a nice neighborhood to walk them in when you take a left out of the property and head over the fixed bridge. From there, take a left at Manor Road and head down towards Englewood Animal Health Center. There is a lot of grass for your dog to explore all over that neighborhood. If you are fishing from the dock or seawall, PLEASE clean up after yourself. (Please do not leave bait or dead fish. No one wants that in their life.) There is NO SMOKING inside, please. Please smoke outside on the patio and please pick up your butts so that they do not end up in Lemon Bay. Many thanks for following this rule. If this rule is broken, there will be a $500.00 cleaning fee assessed. There is a $75.00 fee for one dog (no cats or other animals permitted), to stay at Mariner's Landing. Maximum number of dogs is 2. If the dog(s), cause damage or destroy anything YOU/the dog owner, are financially responsible for the damage. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pet.
