Underfloor heating throughout the house and air conditioning in the living area and in the game room. Room for washer-dryer and cleaning utensils. Exterior surrounded by garden with artificial grass, a large porch with awning for the summer and table for outdoor dining. There is also a saltwater pool, sun loungers and a picnic area with a barbecue and all the utensils. Upstairs there is a large terrace where you can sunbathe or rest in the chill-out area Garage on the ground floor with capacity for 3 large cars and a charging point for electric vehicle. Guest access Cal Sidru we want you to feel like in your house and therefore no one is going to have to sleep on the couch. We have beds and rooms for all our guests. If you need a crib we put it at your disposal for free. All bathrooms have hair dryer, towels and soap and shampoo dispensers.
