Family/group friendly The space Cal Sidru is a detached single-family home located in the quiet Els Pinyerets development in Castellolí (Barcelona) Our excellent location and good connection to the A2 highway allows us to be only 35 minutes from Barcelona, 20 from Montserrat and 35 from Sitges. Perfectly strategic to be the starting point of your vacation if you want to visit Catalonia. And it's the ideal house to gather family and friends looking for a quiet environment surrounded by nature. Built in 2009, it maintains a modern and very cozy style. On the main floor (at street level) we find the garden and the porch that communicates directly with the dining room. Upon entering, we find the hallway that separates the kitchen, the dining room and the sleeping area: with 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 suite), 1 bathroom and the laundry area. Upstairs: a large room with a ping-pong table, exit to the sun terrace, 1 bathroom, 1 double room and 1 double room. All rooms are exterior with lots of natural light and views. We have very well equipped the kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and small appliances (toaster, juicer, sandwich maker, kettle, blender...) and of course, with appliances such as a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, countertop (glass ceramic), dishwasher and coffee maker with complimentary coffees and all the necessary cleaning supplies for day to day. The heating is underfloor throughout the house, providing a lot of comfort in winter. We have air conditioning in the living area and in the game room and mosquito nets on all the windows. In the laundry room you will find a washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner and Ironing board with cleaning utensils. Exterior surrounded by a garden with artificial grass, a large porch with an awning for the summer and a large table for eating outdoors. There is also a saltwater pool, sun loungers and a picnic area with BBQ and all the utensils. On the ground floor there is a huge garage for 3 large cars and a charging point for electric vehicles. Guest access At Cal Sidru we want you to feel at home and we have prepared the house so that you feel very comfortable from the first moment. Being a very large house, it allows you to be in a group and at the same time have your own space and privacy. We have a fully fenced pool area giving you greater security if you come with children or pets. If you come with a baby, ask us for the crib, bathtub or stroller, we will put it at your disposal free of charge. All bathrooms have hair dryer, towels and soap and shampoo dispensers. If you come with a dog we have a feeder-beaver and blanket to make you also feel at home. Other things to note Remember that at Cal Sidru we do not allow groups that have parties or farewells.
