Wadmeer Beachhouse - Newly built on the waterfront!

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing stay in our vacation home. Located in a quiet and peaceful area on the IJsselmeer, our house offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, while still wanting to be close to all the amenities and attractions of the region. After a wonderful day of water, wind, sun and forests, enjoy the relaxation in the sauna and luxury of our new house (built in 2024). The space This house is spacious to enjoy the vacation together. Downstairs, the living room has French doors at the front and back. So you can sit on the terrace at the front directly at the harbor, or at the back with your feet in the IJsselmeer. There is always a nice place to find. There is plenty to do, both directly around the house and in the area. Swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, water sports, trips to the beach, harbor views, good food, or a day in Amsterdam, or bulb fields. I am happy to help you find suitable activities. There is also a trampoline in the backyard, where the children can play for hours, and there is a restaurant a few hundred meters away (the Dikke Bries). In the house itself, you can also relax. With a sauna and a 43-inch television in every room (with all streaming apps), you don't have to go anywhere. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and there is a large supermarket 2.8 km away. Guest access The entire house, with front and back garden, can be used during the stay. Also, all the items present in the house can be used. Parking is free on the premises behind a barrier (possibly several cars possible) less than 5 minutes' walk from the house. It is also possible to drive up to the house to load and unload the car.
