It is equipped with hand soap and a hair dryer. The reception room/bedroom 3 is equipped with a low table, stool, mirror, clothes rack, standing lamp, steam iron, ironing board, and first aid kit. ▼ 2nd Floor Powder Room (Dressing Room) Bath towels, face towels, and hand soap are provided for each guest. There is also a hair dryer, hair iron, washing machine, and clothesline. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom. The apartment also comes with a bathroom dryer. It has a bathtub and a shower with three water flow settings. You can customize the water volume in the bathtub. The bedroom has a dresser and hangers. *Pajamas are not provided. ▼3rd Floor The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, induction stove, toaster, and a full set of cooking utensils. A full set of cutlery is also provided. *Salt, pepper, and other condiments are not provided for hygiene reasons. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, sofa, chairs, a large TV, a circulator, a clothes rack, and a complete set of Slam Dunk manga and magazines. The terrace has two chairs, a table, and a bench seat. Note: The terrace floor can become slippery when wet. [Parking Information] Up to two vehicles meeting both of the following dimensions are permitted. ① Length 4700mm or less ② Width 1800mm or less Large vehicles exceeding any of the above dimensions will be limited to one vehicle. *Notes - Cleaning staff vehicles have priority parking from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Please contact us in advance if you will be arriving before 4:00 PM. - Please park your vehicle so that it does not extend onto the road. - Bicycles are also permitted in the parking lot. [Trash Disposal] When the indoor trash cans become full, please tie the bag securely and take it to the outdoor trash storage area in the parking lot. Always tie trash bags tightly before disposal. Extra trash bags are stored under the 3rd-floor kitchen counter. Please line the bin with a new trash bag before each use. [Package Deliveries] Because this is an unstaffed self-check-in property, we cannot receive, sign for, or store any mail or deliveries (including Amazon orders). Please do not ship items directly to this address. If needed, arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or delivery locker. Any unauthorized deliveries will be refused or returned to sender.
