The space This is NuevoL 7, a rental house in Numata City, Gunma Prefecture. This is a bungalow 2LDK, an entire house with a full kitchen, perfect for families and groups. The inside of the house during your stay will be a complete private space without the access of the manager. There is also a guide map in the description photo, so please check it carefully. You can see the other expanded plot, but there are three buildings of the same shape. This inn is the third "L7" from the front (south). There are some people who get lost in the area, so please check carefully before making any mistakes. Other buildings are also listed separately, so please check if you like. ●About check-in/check-out● Our accommodation is basically a no-contact check-in and check-out. The key will be handed over by yourself in a lockbox hanging from the drying hardware on the left hand side of the entrance. We'll send you a message with the number on the day of check-in (we manage every reservation change). Please do not leave the lockbox on the dial after receiving the key to prevent theft by a third party. Please be sure to let us know when you check in and when you check out. Check-in time is after 15:00 and Check-out is by 10:00. It is not available for cleaning except for consecutive nights. Please keep in mind that early check-in/late check-out cannot be accommodated basically during the hours of 10:00 - 15:00 due to the cleaning work. Please note that if you do not check out after the check-out time, we may charge a special compensation fee as we may not be able to accommodate the next customer. About how to use the● house● Please read the house rules book provided on the dining table of the local facility. All rooms in the building are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes, etc.), so please smoke outside. We do not provide ashtrays, so please bring your own portable ashtrays, etc. Please do not use empty bottles and empty cans as an ashtray, and please take home any garbage that has been used. Smoking in the building will always smell even if there is no sign of cigarette butts, etc., so it will interfere with the quality of service thereafter. If there is a violation, we will charge a separate deodorizing cleaning fee without exception, so please do not do so. In addition, the neighborhood is residential, so please do not cause any noise problems, especially at night. If you can smoke outside, especially at night, please do it alone. ●About consecutive nights● Our place is a self-service system with the concept of "staying like a local". Even for consecutive nights, the cleaning fee is only included in the reservation after checkout. Basically, there is no cleaning, changing sheets, replenishing supplies, etc. during your stay. We kindly ask you to keep the house yourself. For longer stays of● 4 nights or more● If you have a long-term reservation of 4 nights or more, we will only provide replacement sheets and covers for one time for the number of guests booked, so please replace and do laundry by yourself if necessary. Only the liquid sanitary supplies listed below will be refilled, so if you need anything, please put out the bottle by 10:00 in the morning and let us know to replenish it. We will refill it by 16:00 in the evening. Guest access The building is an entire building in one area, and it is a no-contact unattended using a lockbox, so you can have a pleasant stay, but please be considerate of the neighborhood as it will be a residential area. Also, there is a small storage outside, but this is a staff-only storage, so you won't be able to use it. Other things to note All rooms are non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. If you can go outside to smoke at night, basically please do it by yourself. It is surrounded by residential areas and local residents live there. In addition, there are a total of three properties adjacent to this listing, and there are other guests. So please do not cause any noise problems, especially at night.
