This oceanfront home sits right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a dream location where you can enjoy the waves from your deck or right out from the bottom of your stairs. The space This open floor plan has great spaces for enjoying a family vacation, with a large kitchen/dining area and living space with majestic views of the water. The living room has an oversized flatscreen TV and a large sectional sofa. Just Beachy features two oceanfront bedrooms with doors that take you directly from the bedroom to the back deck. The SW Ensuite provides guests with a king bed, direct access to the back deck, a dedicated tv and a dedicated bathroom. The SE Bedroom has a king bed, a dedicated TV and direct access to the back deck. This room is close to the shared bathroom that features a double vanity. The NE Bunk room has two full-over-full bunk beds and a dedicated TV, making it a great option for kids. The NW Suite has a king bed, a dedicated TV and is next to the common bathroom. Other things to note As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night. 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies. Pet Fee is NOT included in Airbnb quote and will result in additional charge.
