The second room will only be available for bookings of 4 or more people. Italian breakfast included. The space The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is for exclusive use. The second room will be opened and made available only for reservations of 4 or more people. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all the spaces indicated in the listing. For reservations of up to 2 guests, a double bedroom will be available. The second room is automatically opened starting from the fourth person, or it can be requested in advance with an agreed-upon surcharge prior to arrival. Any technical rooms, storage rooms, service areas or private spaces expressly indicated and not included in the listing are not accessible to guests. Access to the accommodation is only allowed to the guests indicated in the reservation. Hosting additional people without prior authorization is not allowed. To ensure the safety of the property and the guests, any violations of the house rules may result in the termination of the stay and a charge for any costs incurred to restore the rooms. Other things to note Check-in is done via self check-in using a keybox. Check-in is available until 10:00 p.m. Later arrivals must be arranged in advance and incur a surcharge of €40. Check-out must be by 10:00 a.m. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed access. For reservations of up to 2 guests, one room is available; the second room is opened by the fourth person or upon request with a surcharge. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Parties, events, or non-registered guests are not allowed. Any damage, breakage, or malfunction must be reported immediately via messages on the platform. Please always close the internal elevator doors after use to ensure proper operation.
