The space is dominated by a pleasant and bright ambience with furniture in earthy colors. All rooms are air conditioned. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 has 2 single beds. All rooms have wardrobes with plenty of space to store clothes, as well as air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days. Immediately after leaving the living room, you will see incredible scenes of the surrounding greenery, which you can admire from any part of the outdoor terrace. If you want to cook in the open air, don't worry - there is a wood-fired grill at your disposal that you can use to prepare various specialties. You can enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table and relax in the comfortable hanging chairs. We haven't forgotten about the pool either - we believe that 24 m² will be more than enough for your daily refreshment. The villa is situated in a very convenient location. It is secluded in a small settlement, but close to the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad. The nearest restaurant and cafe are located in Brtonigla (3 km away). Near the accommodation there are many wineries and family farms where you can taste local specialties such as wine and olive oil.
