Guest access Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner's closet in the living room, kept locked. In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. They cover important aspects such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, usage of amenities, liability, and other essential guidelines. After booking your stay, be sure to ask your host about exclusive discounts and specials happening in the Holy City! 🌴 If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine per night will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. Restricted breeds are not permitted. For approved pets, a pet fee of $220 per pet, per reservation will apply. For stays longer than 14 nights, please inquire before booking, as the pet fee and guidelines may differ for extended stays. Please be advised that the pool will be closed for the season from November 1 through April 1. During this period, we will be conducting regular maintenance to ensure the pool is in top condition for the warmer months. Behind the property of the home is a railway crossing that does receive trains which can be heard from the home--sound machines and other sound mitigating devices are placed in each bedroom in case any guest would like to use them.
