Chic Parisian Penthouse

Welcome to my stylish and peaceful haven in Paris! 1200 square feet (110m2) designed with three main pillars in mind: comfort, privacy, and designer furnishings. In my penthouse, you will find a cozy fireplace, a medium-grand Steinway piano, a charming rooftop and a skylight-lit attic room with a PS5 and a huge TV. You can also expect a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for hosting your friends with designer glassware. If you need to work from home, the flat provides an excellent fiber network. The space This 110 square meters two-bedroom loft is located in the Sentier, a hyper central pedestrian neighborhood in Paris. Being on the top floor in Paris (4th floor, no elevator, help can be arranged if you have big suitcases) ensures absolute tranquility and abundant daylight throughout the day. As the sun sets, enjoy a glass of wine on the private rooftop. For the evenings, curated designer lights create a beautiful atmosphere. The apartment features a stunning fully-equipped open kitchen with concrete flooring and a long dining table, perfect for hosting. The living room boasts a large Cassina couch, ideal for enjoying a lit fire, listening to vinyls, streaming music via AirPlay on the Sonos system, or playing the piano. The Italian shower is truly impressive. Big enough for 1, and even 2! I provide high-end shampoo, body wash and body lotion in the shower, as well as towels, so you don’t have to bring that in your suit case. The two bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort: the downstairs bed has a pure wool mattress and is adorned with Muji bed linen. The loft room, affectionately referred to as the Cloud Room, also serves as a gaming room that your kids will adore. It is equipped with a huge HD TV, a PS5 console, and subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney + and Max! It features a Muji double bed topped with a memory foam mattress for total comfort. I’ve also set up a Dyson ventilator/purifier, for the eventual hot summer days. I regularly test the internet speed, which is approximately 106mbps for downloads and 67mbps for uploads in the living room where I have set up the workspace. Once you’re connected to the WiFi, you’ll be able to control the SONOS system to play music from your favorite apps, and control most of the lights in the apartment on the Philips HUE. Guest access The entire space is up for you to use. Feel free to smoke on the balcony or rooftop, watch the sunset, and enjoy a glass of wine with your friends looking at the roofs of Paris! Other things to note Please notice, no late night loud music or parties at the loft. My downstairs neighbors are pretty sensitive to noise and won’t hesitate to ask you to keep quiet.
