Relax and grill out with a beautiful bay view This property has a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. The space The home had renovations completed in late 2023 to provide a refresh to the space and an updated welcome to guests. This coastal gem has an open floor plan and vaulted living room ceilings to welcome in the light. Privacy is provided as rooms are separated by the living room. Each room contains its own Smart TV for you to login to your streaming apps. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation or friends get away! BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street on Seagull Road. You can access by walking (2 minutes), biking, golf-cart, or your vehicle as you are allowed to drive on the beach. BIRD WATCHING: The bird watching at this property is amazing. You can see hundreds of species flock to the bay in the early morning and throughout the day. FISHING: Bring your kayak and you can easily explore all the way to the intercoastal during hightides from the backyard. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note - Hurricane Season Policy Hurricane season is June 1 to Nov 30. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you book during hurricane season. Travel insurance can protect you from financial loss due to natural disasters. While we strive to accommodate our guests and offer rescheduling options, we cannot guarantee a full refund due to a hurricane. - Water Hose: There is an accessible water hose downstairs. - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided. -There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. The water quality is safe but we have provided water for drinking and cooking if desired. The water for drinking and cooking is located to the right of the kitchen sink faucet.
