Guest access Guests has access to the entire space plus amenities included in this rental! Other things to note PET POLICY: We're happy to welcome house-trained pets with advance approval. We require a $75 fee per pet, including Emotional Support animals. Please declare all pets to avoid a hefty penalty for undisclosed ones. Pets should stay off furniture unless covered with your own bedding. Extra cleaning fees apply for soiled items: $100 plus tax for comforters and 1.5x the steam cleaner's fee for furniture. Guests must supervise their pets at all times and ensure they remain on the property, respecting our neighbors' space. Please note, pet owners are responsible for their pets and any incidents that occur on the property. SWIMMING POOL: Enjoy our pool! Heating is available from $100 to $200/night (depending on the weather) for your stay, keeping the water at a cozy 80-85 degrees. Note: If it drops below 35 degrees overnight, we can't guarantee this warmth. We ensure professional weekly cleaning, and you'll find a skimmer for any extra tidying. Alcohol is not allowed in or near the pool. You are NOT allowed to use the pool if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK! No lifeguard on duty. Absolutely no diving allowed. Please follow pool rules. NO PETS IN POOL AREA: Please note pets are not allowed in the pool area. It is very expensive to clean the pool after pets. Plus pool has a lining which can be easily damaged by pet claws/paws which can lead to a tear in the pool and will require the entire lining to be changed which is extremely expensive. If there is any evidence of pets in the pool area such pet hair etc, a heavy fine of $1000 will be imposed plus any costs for cleaning
