The guest bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed with large remote windows. The private washer and dryer is also located on the third floor. This floor offers another guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. For your convenience, bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. On the 4th floor of this townhome, you will find your very own rooftop balcony with a private hot tub. There is also a one-car private garage for guests to use where you will be greeted with a mudroom/entryway that features wall-mounted ski storage, coat hooks,  as well as a gear storage area for all of the guests.  This space offers padded benches to comfortably get in and out of your ski gear and also features a boot dryer. Additional overnight covered parking can be utilized with the owner's parking pass 1/2 block to the North in the parking garage.
