This is a 3-level traditional family-friendly A-frame located 1.5 miles from Main St in Julian with a gourmet kitchen and a wood burning stove. The property includes a fenced backyard area for children and pets to play. The main level has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen area, living room, dining and game tables with a wood stove. You can play pool, ping pong, foosball, poker, craps, blackjack, board games, books, movies, music or even singing Karaoke. There is a propane grill outside. The space The bathrooms are located on the top loft and on the main floor of the house. For hot water, there is a tankless water heater recently installed which effectively services the shower, bathroom and kitchen sinks, washing machines and dishwasher. For heat, the wood burning stove provides a traditional heating experience, a minisplit is available by the dining area on the main level (the remote is located on a cradle on the divider wall to the dining area) and there is a thermostat by the stairs just inside the front entrance which services all the bedrooms. The minisplit also provides AC and the loft has a window AC. There is also a portable swamp cooler in the bunkbed room and a fan in the hall closet by the kitchen.
