Located on the bottom floor this property has an oversized private balcony with plenty of seating for relaxing while you take in the scenery. There is also plenty of seating inside where you can still enjoy the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and primary suite. Steps from the balcony you can enjoy grilling a perfect seafood feast or fish from the front yard! All around this property is the perfect location for your next getaway. Enjoy the shared pier for swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Note this pier is shared with the other level of the duplex as well as the duplex to the east of this home. This is NOT a private pier. House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony.. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • The guest should inform about pets as soon as the reservation is made.. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property. Only dogs are allowed. Maximum 2 (two) pets per property. The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs. Guests are responsible for all damage to property and people that may be caused by the pet. Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time. For one pet guests should pay a $120 pet cleaning fee + tax.
