The living area is a large bright living room furnished with dining room and TV, from which there is access to the kitchenette. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony equipped with table and chairs, while from the kitchenette a door leads to the back of the house where there is a washing machine and a laundry room. The sleeping area consists of1 double bedroomwith external access to balcony,1 twin bedroomwith pull-out bed, and 1 full shower room. The nearest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 200 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ). - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
