Cozy apartment with a view of the sea which is situated in a small residential apartment complex that is in very close proximity (1/4 mile) to Sangster International Airport and in a great location near to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs, town center, and up and down Montego Bay's hip strip (Jimmy Cliff Blvd). Doctor's Cave Beach and Margaritaville are in walking distance (2 km). A caretaker lives on property. The space Apartment comes with air conditioning (in bedrooms only) , cable tv, WiFi internet, hot water, microwave, blender, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, iron & board, work stations, safes, and other furniture. The apartment complex is located in a quiet and predominantly residential area on a dead end street with a bar and restaurant just two doors down. Free parking available in and outside the apartment complex. Taxis and other transport options nearby. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool on property at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on hand. Guests will have access to a washing machine, an outside wash basin and clothes lines. The laundry room is open to guests from 9:00am to 9:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only. Please note that the laundry facilities are strictly for guest use only. Not for visitors of guest. A guest is only allowed to have a maximum of two (2) visitors on property at any given time. Free parking is available. However it is entirely at your own risk. Other things to note Guests are expected to be responsible for their own housekeeping and laundry needs while staying at the apartment. There is no daily service included for towels or linen. However, an additional linen and towel set, along with extra pillows and blankets are located in the bedroom closets. Also, guests that stay past a week are provided with an additional towel and linen set. The apartment is self-catered. We provide soap, toilet paper, hand towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc., at check-in only. If you run out please buy your own. Please turn off the AC, lights, TV and appliances when leaving the apartment. Guests are welcomed to smoke outside. The playing of loud music both inside and outside of the apartment is prohibited. Garbage disposal receptacles are situated to the left of the walk gate inside a yellow concrete structure with a green metal cover. Guests are expected to close/lock the electronic and walk gates upon entry/exit. The electronic front gate will not close automatically. Upon your final departure you can leave the gate remote in the mailbox (on the walk gate) after closing the electronic gate.
