This property is centrally located on Holmes Beach and only a few minutes walk to the white sandy beaches. Upon entry, you have the living room (with a sleeper sofa) where you can relax and read a book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make a quick snack or full course meal. Directly off the living room, you will find a screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Down the hall will lead you to the guest bedroom/bath and then the primary bedroom which features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and primary ensuite bathroom. But, it doesn’t stop there! Downstairs in the private backyard, you will have your own tropical oasis with covered outdoor seating area, high-top “tiki” bar, dining table and flat screen TV.
