Other things to note For extended stays, a cleaning is required every 10 days at the cost of the guest. Long-Term Stay House Rules (30+ Days) To help ensure the home remains clean, comfortable, and well maintained for both the guest and the property owner, the following additional rules apply to all long-term stays. Professional Cleaning The home is required to be professionally cleaned by the Host’s designated cleaning service every two (2) weeks throughout the duration of the stay. The cost of each cleaning service is the responsibility of the guest. The Host will coordinate the cleaning schedule with reasonable advance notice. Housekeeping Guests are responsible for maintaining the home in a clean and sanitary condition between scheduled cleanings. Dirty dishes should be washed promptly. Kitchen counters, appliances, bathrooms, and floors should be kept reasonably clean. Trash should be disposed of regularly and not allowed to accumulate. Bed Linens Mattress protectors, sheets, pillowcases, and other provided bedding must remain on the beds at all times while the beds are in use. If bed linens become dirty during the stay, guests are responsible for laundering them and replacing them on the beds after washing. Removing bedding from mattresses without replacing it is not permitted. Laundry Supplies The Host provides the washer and dryer for guest use. Guests are responsible for supplying their own laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and any other laundry products they choose to use. Toiletries The Host will provide a standard supply of normal toiletry items, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and similar basic household necessities. Guests are responsible for any specialty or additional personal care products beyond those provided. Maintenance and Inspections For stays exceeding 30 days, the Host reserves the right to conduct a scheduled maintenance and property condition inspection approximately every 30 days with at least 24 hours’ notice, as permitted by applicable law. Reporting Maintenance Issues Guests must promptly report any plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, or other maintenance issues so they can be addressed before further damage occurs. Property Care Guests are expected to treat the home with reasonable care and maintain it in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition throughout their stay. Any excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges as permitted under the booking agreement and Airbnb policies.
