My space is 30 meters from the beach, next to restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife and the airport.😍 You'll love my place!! It is cozy, with an exuberant view🏖️, and is excellent for a good rest!! My space is ideal for couples.💕 The space Very comfortable and quiet place. APT in front of Perequê🏖️ Açu beach (next to the center) The apartment has a parking space for a common-sized car🚗, if your car is large, it will stay inside the building but will not fit in the covered garage. Guest access Beach almost in front of the property. On the beach, the kiosks have a table and umbrella. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, snack bar (snacks) are on the avenue, all with easy access. Restaurant, bar and pizzeria nearby, on the beach street. The Tamar project is next to the building, and is an option to visit. The building is about 2 km from downtown, where you will find several restaurants, bars, banks, nightclubs, Ubatuba Mall, aquarium, etc. Other things to note I provide wi-fi and TV but I am not responsible if they are not working. If the TV goes off, it is because there may be signal instability, so I cannot guarantee the services in these cases ... ✔️ **The wardrobe, one part is for my personal use, and I leave a part for the guest. ** I DO NOT HAVE a use washing machine AVAILABLE during stay!🚫 ✔️I leave some tips in the apartment to help you enjoy your leisure days!!!😉 ✔️**Bed and bath linens are provided upon request for a fee via pix. If you want, just ask me the amounts. * Personal items, hygiene, food, spices, condiments, etc. are at the guest's expense.
