The living room, kitchen and bathroom are located on the second floor. The bedroom is on the second floor and is accessible via an internal staircase from the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 90 X 200 cm). From there, you can reach a second bedroom, which is equipped with a single bed. This room is not suitable for toddlers, as the stairs towards the living room do not have child protection. From the bedroom, you have access to your balcony with lake views. The living space is about 40 square meters. You should bring bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and dish towels. In an emergency, we provide a linen package (two duvet covers, two pillowcases and two sheets) for a fee of €40.00. You can also rent a towel package (two bath towels, two hand towels, a bath mat and a dish towel) for a fee of €12.00. A parking space, as well as storage facilities for bicycles are on the property. Wi-Fi access is available. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The keys will be handed over at 3 pm at the vacation home. If you are late, please inform your host on site.
