On the first floor, two comfortable double bedrooms are located, one of which has access to a balcony. The air conditioning for the rooms on the first floor is located in the hallway.. The smaller building, comprising the ground floor, includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and glass walls, a double bedroom, and an additional shower/WC. Set on a spacious fenced property of 600 m2, guests have access to a delightful 26 m² pool, providing the perfect space for refreshment and relaxation.
