The space The spacious 2-room apartment is located on the 1st It was fully renovated and lovingly refurnished in September 2023. The living room with dining area and smart TV has access to the balcony. The view overlooks the Schwinbach. In the bedroom with 1 box-spring bed, (180 x 200) spacious wardrobe and access to the balcony, which overlooks the front village and is also equipped with a table and chairs. The small kitchen is equipped with all common appliances (oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, toaster, microwave, electric coffee maker) and the necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are available for you. In addition, each guest receives the KONUS guest card - this is valid as a free ticket for buses and trains throughout the Black Forest vacation region. The garden and table tennis room can also be shared and the property offers plenty of parking as well as storage facilities. We are personally there for you.
