THE LITTLE HOUSE It was designed with my needs in mind. It has two floors, in a small space. But the atmosphere is cozy and very airy. Rustic and beachy decor, just like my lifestyle. It provides an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a home office, and or a weekend getaway here on the island. Good interior space for a couple or one person. It has a bedroom, living room with office, kitchen and bathroom. 4 km from the Ferry, in Portinho, with markets and restaurants less than 3 minutes away on foot. The space After the bamboo gate is a corridor. My mother's house is on the left side, my brothers and my grandmother live there. My space is individual, independent, and totally private. Just past the end of the hallway. Guest access Leaving the ferry, the Taxi Stand is visible on the right and just ahead on the left is the city's bus terminal. Southbound from Ilha-Portinho. Soon after arriving at Praia and Praça do Portinho, approximately 300 m ahead, is the entrance to the street. For those coming by bus, the drop-off point is in front of the local market. And the entrance to the street is the third on the left at the corner of the “Restaurante Ilha Sul”. It's a dead-end street, super quiet in a mostly residential neighborhood of locals. The parking lot I use is in front of the soccer field that is in front of the LITTLE HOUSE. Other things to note We have stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and diving masks.
